Pranjali Awasthi, a 16 year old Indian teenager created history by launching her AI startup, DelvAI in 2022. She attributes her entrepreneurial journey’s inspiration to her father.
Awasthi was interested in technology from a very early age. Her father inspired her to learn coding at the tender age of just 7 years. When she was 11 years old, her family relocated to Florida and new opportunities unfolded. She had the opportunity to access computer science classes and competitive math programs. Her internship at the research labs at the Florida International University at the age of 13 set the stage for her venture.
Awasthi learned about machine learning projects as she attended virtual school due to the pandemic. The objective of her startup is to help researchers access specific information within the realm of online content. It is currently worth around Rs 100 crore.
