Priyanka Joshi, an Indian origin biochemist has been named along with actress turned royal Meghan Markle, human rights lawyer Amal Clooney and bestselling author J.K Rowling as the most influential and aspirational women in the U.K. by Vogue magazine.
Priyanka has been named for her research on Alzheimer’s and the irregular proteins that cause degenerative brain diseases. As dementia is the leading cause of death of women in England, her research was very vital. The 29 year old had completed masters degree in Biotechnology from the University of Pune before she migrated to the U.K.
