- Keep it clean:- Soak your feet in lukewarm water and add a few drops of shampoo in it. Clean your feet with a pedicure brush and dry it thoroughly including the areas between toes.
- Let your feet breathe:- Wear clean cotton socks and wide toed-shoes to avoid a sweaty feet. Don’t wear the same shoes every day. Allow your shoes to dry and release the odour and bacteria caused by sweat from your feet.
- Maintain hygiene:- Don’t share nail clippers. Sharing your shoes can also invite a chance of developing fungal infections. Ensure cleanliness of the beauty instruments at the parlor or spa if you are going to have a pedicure done. Also avoid walking barefoot at gyms.
