Chef Ajay Khanna presents the culinary secrets from the heartlands of Punjab as he curates a unique Punjabi food promotion at Momo Café from 9th November till 18th November for dinner between 07:00 pm till 11:00 pm. The promotion draws inspiration from the most relished Punjabi dishes and the use of authentic ingredients makes it a treat for the taste buds. What’s more, the menu options are dynamic and change periodically to avoid monotony yet incorporates the complete flavors of Punjab.
This food promotion gives the food connoisseur a wide range of Punjabi dishes to choose from – both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. With an array of traditional dishes like Butter Chicken, Sarson Ka Saag & Makki Ki Rati, Chole Bature, Dal Makhni, Langar Ki Dal, Machli Amritsari, Paneer Tikka, Lassi, Rabdi, Malpua etc. Coming to service, the servers will be dressed in traditional Punjabi attires and we are using various props depicting the Punjabi theme to create the ambience.
