Food Exchange, the popular restaurant at Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, presents “Flavours of Namma Chennai”, a food festival featuring an eclectic selection of the city’s most exciting dishes.
Patrons can enjoy a diverse buffet spread that brings together everything from fresh seafood that can be prepared to one’s taste at live counters to fun, nostalgic items like goli soda and ice gola. In-house specialist Kavitha Akka’s dosa corner and an extensive range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are also on the menu.
Speaking on the festival, Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road’s General Manager Mr. Supreet Roy says, “Through a range of recent initiatives, including partnering with local entrepreneurs like Kavitha Akka, our guests have been able to experience Chennai’s own cuisine right here in the comfort of the hotel. “Flavours of Namma Chennai” will be held from May 27th 2022 to June 7th 2022. The dinner buffet is available every evening from 7.30pm to 11pm, and Sunday brunch editions will be held on May 30th and June 5th. The buffet is priced at Rs1450 (plus taxes) per person.
