Roger Federer will play his last match in his career today. He will be pairing up with his rival Rafael Nadal in the Laver Cup doubles game. He will retire from tennis after this match.
Federer and Nadal will play against the American pair of Jack Sock and Frances Tiafoe in London’s O2 Arena. The former World No 1 said that this match will be a special moment for him.
Nadal while commenting on Federer’s retirement posted a heartfelt message on social media that it was a sad day for him personally and he wished that this day would never come and that it was a great honour and a privilege for him to spend amazing moments on and off the court with Federer.
