Farhan Akthar and Shibani Dandekar’s wedding will take place today at Javed Akthar and Shabana Azmi’s Khandala farmhouse. The venue is amid beautiful hills and has a romantic backdrop. The wedding celebrations will be low-key.
Few guests have arrived at the PWD guest house that is a two minute walk from the farmhouse. Shibani’s family is staying a bit further. Around 50 guests are expected at the wedding. Cars have been booked for the wedding but many of the guests will be arriving in their own cars.
The couple will exchange vows and will not have either a Marathi wedding or a nikah due to their different religious backgrounds.
The list of guests includes Shah Rukh Khan, Hritik Roshan, Gaurav Kapoor, Rhea Chakraborthy. Monica Dogra etc. However, there has been no official confirmation if they would be attending the wedding.
