Prince Cecil, Actor: The most drastic diet was the ketogenic diet that I did in 2017 for about a month! I did it because I wanted to look ripped as well as full (muscle size), for a body shoot!
It was tough because every individual has a different duration to enter ketosis – some in 3 days for some people it takes 7! And till your body starts running on ketones you fill terrible as there are no carbs in your meal. It took me 9 days to enter ketosis! That was one of the hardest phases of my life where I had all kind of mood swings and lacked energy but had to power through my workouts.
