Nizami cuisine which is princely in nature comprises of a broad repertoire of rice, wheat and meat dishes and the skilled use of various spices, herbs and natural edibles.
The dinner buffet spread at Kochi Kitchen will offer exotic and unique specialties coming from our culinary maestros including Double ka meetha, Murg Abeer Tikka, Shammi Kebab, Haleem, Murgh Asafjahi Roast, Darbari Keema Methi, Gile E Firdauz and more serving you the best of Hyderabadi food. Each dish is crafted with attention to detail using traditional and nouvelle culinary techniques to ensure tastes remain authentic & awe- inspiring. “Ithmenaan se”, a phrase meaning “with a lot of patience” is the key to decoding Nizami food; slow-cooking being the hallmark of Hyderabadi cuisine.
