The culinary experts at Alto Vino – Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield – the Italian specialty restaurant, unveiled a new menu over an evening creating gastronomic waves with its authentic cuisine that elevated the entire dining experience. Italian maestro Chef Marouane Rahali curated an amalgamation of novel flavours combined with the classic Italian fare, as the hotel hosted food connoisseurs in Bengaluru, to an exquisite sit-down dinner that served a great selection of antipasti, Mini Tarts with Sautéed Wild Mushrooms and Truffle Essence, Beetroot Gnocchi with Sweet Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce and Toasted Walnut, Spaghetti Bianchi, Spigola Sottovuoto, Cocoa Ravioli Stuffed with Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder, Butternut Squash and a Jus reduction, New Zealand Lamb Shank Braised on Fire with a choice of Risotto or Mashed Potato, delicious dolci including a soft centered, warm Chocolate Hazelnut Flan with Raspberry Sorbet, Mandarin Crème Brulée with Pine nut Biscuit and Tiramisu. The revamped menu paired with an outstanding collection of wines and spirits is an extension of the chef’s innovation, who is known to create inspirational dishes that reflect his pure passion of traditional Mediterranean cooking, robust in ingredients and rich in flavours.
