This is followed by a variety of delicious dishes such as Minmini Kozhakattai, Vazhaithandu Poricha Kootu, Avaraikai Milagu Vathakal served with a good deal of curries including Vazhaipoo Poondu Kuzhambu in steamed Ponni Rice – a regional speciality rice from Manachanallur harvested near Tanjore.
