As soon as Elon Musk took over Twitter in the $44 billion dollar deal, he fired CEO Parag Agrawal. He has now found a new CEO who is not a human but his pet dog Floki, a Shibu Inu.
Elon Musk also fired Twitter’s legal head Vijaya Gadde and CFO Nel Segal. He has shared the picture of his pet dog Floki sitting in the CEO’s chair wearing a Twitter branded black T-shirt with the letters CEO written on it. The picture shows a couple of documents lying on the table which also has a small laptop with a Twitter logo.
Musk tweeted that the new CEO is much better than the ”other”guy. Agrawal was promoted as the CEO of Twitter in November last year after former CEO Jack Dorsey stepped down from his role. Musk had put an end to Agrawal’s decade long association with Twitter by terminating him and paying him a compensation of USD 30.4 million.
