Dhaba’s National Highway Maharajas of India menu celebrates the hot & sweet Khazaana of India- the wealth of its diverse flavours. Unique cooking styles and use of local ingredients here result in contrasting regional specialties; from the rich Punjabi tangdis to the delicious shudh-shakahari Rajasthani dishes like Papad ki Sabzi and Gatta Curry (Laal Maas lovers, fear not); from the sweet tasting Gujarati daal to irresistible Kashmiri preparations of Dum Aloo and Mutton Rogan Josh or the spicy new Chinjabi recipes like Tandoori Chicken Momos or Manchurians with a Punju twist; not forgetting our eastern friends, who are unapologetic about the love for fish and dish out some finger-licking good recipes!
In its effort to bring together the regional cuisines of India, Dhaba has revamped its dine in and delivery menus to serve hot local favourites. Chef Ravi says, “The joy of cooking Indian food is that you can experiment with so many ingredients to come up with unique flavours. As Dhaba expands through the country, we’re now focusing on becoming a national highway diner with the same old Punjabi dildaari.”
Dhaba has also launched a special vertical for delivery called Dhaba Maalgadi as part of its brand enhancement. Maalgadi is an attempt to fill the gap in the Indian food delivery segment with good quality dishes at affordable prices. This menu even features a range of biryanis that come in earthen handis and two filling portions. It’s time, Dhaba truck’s loaded with Regional dishes, some borne out of marriage of flavours.
