Some women have even quit their desk jobs and have opted for this digitally mediated work due to the flexibility and better pay parity. While it has opened new opportunities for women, safety remains a large concern. However the benefit of being financially independent, meeting with people, getting familiar with the city and flexible timings make it a sought after job.
