Actress Deepika Padukone has praised Aishwarya Rai for taking India to Hollywood. Deepika who is slated to make her Hollywood debut opposite Vin Diesel in xXx: The Return of Xander Cage has stated that Aishwarya should be credited for being the torch bearer and for putting India on the global map.
In the same breath, she has added that along with Aishwarya, even others including Irfan Khan, Priyanka Chopra and herself have all done a great job in breaking into the Western film market.
