Bollywood actresses Deepika Padukone and Shraddha Kapoor have been summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau officials for interrogation and are currently being questioned in the NCB office at South Mumbai. The NCB is conducting an interrogation into the drugs scandal in Bollywood in the wake of the probe of actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely death. It is said that Sara Ali Khan will be interrogated shortly.
Already the manager of Deepika, Karishma Prakash and actress Rakul Preet Singh were questioned yesterday the 25th of September for about 4 hours. The celebrities alleged WhatsApp chats discussing drugs on a WhatsApp group has led to the NCB to summon them for questioning. They will be questioned if they consumed drugs, from where they procured it, if it was for self use or for others,etc. Meanwhile actress Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Shawik and a few others are in NCB’s custody.
