‘Salaam Chennai’ a music video featuring Chennai Super Kings cricketers, was launched to salute the relentless effort put in by the frontline warriors involved in COVID-19 duty.
Chennai City Police Commissioner Mahesh Kumar Aggarwal launched the ‘Salaam Chennai’ video in the presence of music director Ghibran and senior police officials. The song was composed by Ghibran and the lyrics penned by Karthik Netha. Featuring cricketers Murali Vijay, Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina, and Laxmipathy Balaji, it was made by Happy Unicorn, directed by Avinash Hariharan and released by Think Music.
