Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park hosted a cookery session with Chef Deva on Saturday, March 31st 2019. Executive Chef Deva shared the special tips and tricks of a few signature recipes from the oldest fine dining South Indian restaurant – Dakshin which has been delighting the guests for over three decades.
Chef Deva took the guests through the legacy of Dakshin with recipes from the time of Dakshin’s inception. Of all the recipes shared, Banana Dosai was the crowd favourite. Food enthusiasts and Socialites from around the city were seen in full attendance at the hotel.
