When dinner table conversations revolve around combating the corona pandemic, impressionable minds get activated.
Four year old Nishanth Christopher from Puducherry has been what his mother Christina Joseph calls a “LEGO Junkie”. The enraptured mom reveals that “no day is complete without hearing his stories of the most unimaginable things – space battleships, good pirates, bad sailors, escapes from prison, sweet little tea parties, even toilet trips.”
With a little prodding from mama dear and help from his doting dad Dr.Ravi Rajkumar – a Professor of Psychiatry at JIPMER and a member of the hospital’s Covid 19 Task Force, Nishanth constructed a tableau out of his LEGO blocks.
The urge to share his creative installation with his friends is adorable. And the welcome spin off is the awareness it spreads.
From obeying the lockdown by staying at home and having a healthy diet to social distancing, washing hands and wearing masks, the lego models say it all, with almost professional elan. A child’s block-buster awareness!
