China Town hosts Mongolian Food Festival

China Town is hosting a special ‘Mongolian Food Festival’ at its restaurant on Cathedral Road from until 6th December. China Town’s seasoned chef, Chef Lai Chee Chung will be anchoring the festival with an array of mouth watering sizzlers and desserts. Chef will also be launching a special dinner buffet menu exclusively for Chinese cuisine lovers.
The sizzler menu features a perfect blend of vegetarian and non- vegetarian delicacies. Vegetarians may feast on Hunan baby corn, tofu & mushroom, assorted vegetable with ginger garlic, etc. while the non-vegetarian sizzler combinations include Stir fried chicken with chilli peppers and onion, Roasted lamb, broccoli & mushroom in Hot Garlic sauce, Prawn in spicy oyster sauce, etc .For dessert, the festival menu offers irresistible choices like Coconut dim sum with ice cream; Sizzling pineapple with ice cream making it a perfect culmination to the fest.
