After the surprise appearance on-stage at Pharrell’s recent concert in Paris, Cara Delevingne and Pharrell Williams have teamed up once again for Reincarnation, an exclusive video shot by the label’s creative director,Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel. The video is based around an anecdote from the 1950s, when Gabrielle Chanel met a young elevator operator in a hotel in the Austrian city, wearing a jacket which eventually inspired the iconic Chanel design. Karl Lagerfeld has re-told this story with the help of actress and director- Geraldine Chaplin, Cara Delevingne and Pharrell Williams, who has also written and composed the song called CC The World. The video was unveiled at the Paris-Salzburg 2014/15 Métiers d’art collection in Salzburg, Austria.The surprise element was Cara singing along to Pharrell’s tunes.
