For the third consecutive year and after the success of previous editions, Brussels will host the Salon du Chocolat from 5 to 7 February, for a celebration of the new Belgian chocolate in all its forms.
Some 80 participants will gather on a 6,000 sqm exhibition space entirely dedicated to chocolate and cocoa: chocolatiers, pastry and confectioners, along with the greatest chefs, pastry chefs and cocoa experts will treat visitors with live recipes, workshops, conferences, chocolate fashion shows, famous parade of chocolate dresses and many other chocolatey activities.
