Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore in association with Junyali Spice Blends will host a food pop-up on 15th August at their restaurant The Bengaluru Brassiere to support economic empowerment of women. The menu, curated by Chef Manish Uniyal, will feature vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis in which each dish will be created with a blend of handmade spices by women from Junyali. The spices are hand pounded blends of the purest spices and family heirloom recipes that have been passed on through the years. Junyali Spice blends a woman empowerment initiative undertaken by the HariDevka Foundation is the first of its kind to preserve tradition through family heirloom recipes whilst empowering homemakers. Homemakers who excel at home and hearth and would like a taste of financial freedom, present their unique spice blends to the world with the help of this organisation.
