Bees extracted from woman’s eye

A Taiwanese woman 29, went to the hospital complaining of a swollen eye. Doctors were horrified to discover four bees  living on her eyelids and feasting on her tears.The doctors from the Fooyin University Hospital  performed  a rare feat by extracting four  live bees from the woman’s tear duct.

The head of Opthamology at the hospital Dr. Hung Chi ting said that he saw something that looked  like insect legs, so he pulled them out under the microscope slowly one at a time without damaging their bodies. They said that the woman’s eyesight well as the lives of the bees were saved as the woman did not rub her eyes.
