AURA IS CHENNAI’S MOST AWARDED AGENCY AT EEMAX GLOBAL 2015
The Event for all Events with a record 58 participating agencies EEMA has been instrumental in organizing the coming together of industry stakeholders at its annual convention EEMAGINE and has instituted EEMAX, the industry premier Award Ceremony to recognize excellence in the event and experiential marketing space. EEMAX Awards, instituted in 2009 have become the industry standard for recognition and excellence.
This year EEMAX goes global with an international jury and the competition thrown open to the best from across the world as well. The nomination process is based on peer evaluation in much the same process as the Academy Awards (the Oscars) themselves. Over 600 entries in all! An unprecedented flood of entries from across the country has kept the 20 member jury busy for days with each entry vying to be declared the best among equals. If an event happened at all in India or abroad, it was represented at the competition. The massive 600 entry list – a first for EEMA is a clear indicator of the scale and prominence of this rapidly growing Rs 5000 crore industry.
33 Member International and National Jury A 33 Member Jury drawn from the best in India and abroad – from all sectors, manufacturing, telecom, advertising, entertainment, fashion, media, film was chaired by Michael Menezes is a veteran of the industry and EEMAs Founder President with over 35 years of brand-building experience in advertising, communication and experiential marketing. The Jury from India included Prasoon Joshi, Ramesh Sippy, Vivek Oberoi, Josy Paul, Monica Tata, Madhukar Kamath among others.
The Best Among Equals It was in such a competitive scenario that Aura Integrated Solutions, Chennai, stood apart with their collection of glittering metal – winning both gold and silver hands down in the Internal Event/Activation category for their clients TAFE and Cognizant. It is the second victory at EEMA for Aura, the first wins accrued for Daimler and Flextronics the year before.
