Anushka is doing a cameo in the Nagarjuna and Karthi‘s multi starrer film. Apparently, Anushka plays Nagarjuna’s Ex- Girlfriend in the film. Nagarjuna will be seen on wheelchair and Karthi plays the care taker role in the film . This is based on French drama, The Intouchables.
