Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor got married in April this year after dating for about 5 years. They fell in love on the sets of Brahmastra in 2018.
Alia has announced good news on Instagram that she and Ranbir will be expecting their first child shortly. Alia also posted a picture from the hospital where her sonography was done. It shows her lying on the bed while Ranbir is sitting by her side. Alia captioned the picture ”Our baby…….coming soon.”

Many fans and celebrities have sent congratulatory messages to the couple. Riddhima Kapoor sister of Ranbir said that Ranbir and Alia will be the best parents.
Soni Razdan, mother of Alia is overjoyed and excited to hear the good news. She said ”Our cup runneth over”.
Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor is also excited to hear the news and become a grandma once again.
