Studio 360 and Record Production is proud to present an Encore Performance of ‘Aladdin – A Musical Journey’, an original adaptation of the classic tale from ‘One Thousand and One Nights’. Witness the magic on Sunday with live music by Karthikraja, enthralling choreography and stunning performances, September 4th, 2016 at 7:00 pm in Sir Venkatasubbarao Concert Hall, Lady Andal.
The story, inspired by the tale from the Arabian Nights, tells the story of endearing orphan and street rat Aladdin, who has to steal to survive on the dangerous streets of Agrabah. When he meets princess Jasmine, she is trying to escape the palace, to live a life free of her royal obligations. The two form a connection that changes both their lives.
Meanwhile the evil, power hungry Jafar has need of a magic lamp which will make him all powerful, but he needs a special someone to set his plans in motion. Filled with incredible magic, lots of laughs and some unbelievable surprises, this show is not to be missed by children and adults alike.
The cast includes Chennai favourites such as Sandeep John, Vaishwath Shanker, Yohan Chako and Sangita Santosham, along with many more!
What makes it special is that the script, by Sofia Ashraf, is completely original and the music composed by Nrithya Maria Andrews and Nithin D'Mello has been specially composed and created, again original! The show also features fantastical dancing, choreographed by Vijay Victor Jesudoss and Swati Sadhwani.

Studio 360 has planned a special Matinee preview show in an effort to spread the joy and positive influence of Theatre and Performing Arts to the young, the opening show will be an Exclusive Preview Show for Children from Special Schools across the city. As both a form of Entertainment and a Therapeutic Tool, hope to bring happiness and smiles to Children leading difficult and challenging lives.
