Over 40 members of the ‘Ram Setu’ crew tested positive
As Maharashtra announced fresh lockdown with restrictions, there has been an increasing number of people testing positive for Covid in the state. After Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aiswarya Rai, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amir Khan, today Akshay Kumar tested positive for the virus. Over 40 members of the crew of Ram Setu, his current project also tested positive. The Khiladi actor took to his social media page to thank everyone for their prayers and best wishes. He is doing well but as a precautionary measure, he has been quarantined in a Mumbai hospital. He posted, “I wish to inform everyone that, earlier this morning, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Following all the protocols, I have immediately isolated myself.”
