Get into a summer state of mind and beat the heat with some refreshing cocktails and mocktails and menu that will lift your spirit and bring some island flavour to your palate. The specially crafted menu and drinks blend bright with bold flavours and a fun twist that will leave you asking for more! Fresh ingredients, great liquor and some experimentation give life to a summerific menu. Here’s a tiny peek-a-boo into what the new menu has in store this summer:
The latest list of dishes from the new menu will make you veer to an entirely new set of favourites! The additions are wonderfully imaginative -Salads now include Summer Sprouts, Pickled Vegetable salad, Chia seeds and a Jar of seasonal fresh fruits, crispy jackfruits seeds. Must try is Beetroot and Wild Mustard Gazpacho. We also like the freshness of the jar of seasonal fresh fruits.
The all new main course dishes include Linguini tossed in cress pesto with Market vegetable caponata, Charred fish with raw mango and citrus salsa fennel pilaf and Jerk Marinated Chicken with Pickled cabbage. The Kafta spiced Tenderloin Steak with Smoked Cauliflower Puree is a carnivore’s delight.
To quench your thirst and to wash it all down while you enjoy your saporous feast, you can reach out for some creatively cool and refreshing drinks like the Bean here Rum that (aam panna with White rum) and fancy Pine-Chiller (Pineapple with Vodka). For the staid there is Summer Soother (Mango juice, Vodka infused with basil leaves) and Summer Frost (Fresh orange, pine-apple with mango puree, frozen strawberry with white rum). Our personal favourite is the Bean here Rum that, refreshing and tangy aam panna infused with white rum. Yum!
The menu also offers Shakes (Roasted Almond Ganache and a Summer in Italy (Tiramisu shake), Frappes (Hazel Ice Age and Popcorn Frappe) along with Iced Teas (Chia soon, popcorn flavoured iced tea with chia seeds, Tropic like it’s hot, Pineapple and Barbecue flavoured Iced tea, Berry Blast, Mango and Raspberry flavoured iced Tea and Cucumber wave, Cucumber and basil flavoured iced tea.) Again our favourite and highly recommended would be the Chia Soon, popcorn flavoured iced tea with chia seeds. And of course, every day is a happy day when it begins on a sweet note. Look out for the delicious Dark chocolate Mousse with seasonal fruits
