Are you passionate about cooking and want to experiment with a starter and main using tomatoes as the key ingredient? Then head to the Alliance Francaise de Bangalore as Alex Seince, Executive Chef, Café Noir Restaurants will demonstrate a starter – Asian tarter of tomato served with a gazpacho of watermelon and a main – stuffed tomato with bell-pepper jam and short bread basil. Organised in collaboration with Café Noir Restaurants, this will be a monthly affair with different themes for each session.
