The 3rd Edition of the Chennai International Short Film Festival with 200 Short films from 97 countries, one of its kind festival in India, with Competition section for Animation, Documentary and Fiction with Prize money worth 2.4 L INR and a trophy and sections World Cinema, special country focus on Indonesia and Mexico, Contemporary films from Turkey, Indian Panorama. It will be happening at the Russian Cultural Centre .
